9mm+ fine grade South Sea pearl, Indonesia

This 10.47-13.11mm , fine grade, natural colour, bead cultured South Sea pearl strand was harvested in Indonesia . It features very good lustre , lightly blemished surface , and excellent nacre . South Sea pearls grow in pinctada maxima, the largest pearl-bearing oysters, which is only found in a narrow corridor stretching from northern Australia to southern Japan. The Western Australia Pearling Act 1990 (Act) regulates the Australian pearling industry, which was also certified by the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) in 2017 and recertified in 2023 to include hatchery-breed oysters, making our supplier responsible.
