Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment.

Within Australia:

GST is applicable to all prices.

We will prioritize use of Australia Post unless otherwise specified and/ or above US$10,000 total value.

Outside of Australia:

All prices are exclusive of shipping, insurance and applicable import tax and/ or duties.

If you are a registered trade user, we will use your Fedex account.

If you are not a registered trade user, we can use your Fedex account or ship via a registered trade user. Please reach out for more information at pearls@onegemme.com.

We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.”
